Washington State Health Care Authority published a Question and Answer (Q&A) document that describes our new policy on payments for Emergency Department visits made by Medicaid clients. The Q&A was developed from a conversation between Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA), physician partners, and the Washington State Health Care Authority.
