Additional Services Available:   The Walla Walla Clinic is a multi-specialty, group practice.  In addition to its Rural Health Clinic providers, there are specialists in OB/GYN, ENT, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Radiology, and Gastroenterology.  There is an associated Ambulatory Surgery Center, plus Laboratory, Diagnostic Services, Audiology, and Physical Therapy Departments.

Issues of Interest:   The Clinic received notice from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) that it had achieved “Superior Performance” in the cost effectiveness of the care that it provides.  This is based on cost per medical service offered compared to a national database.  Only 18% of participating groups in the country achieved this superior performance status that was reported in 2003 based on 2002 data.
